Deepest sympathies to the family (in particular Cindy, my friend) for the loss. He was not my math teacher for long but he left a lifetime impact on me with his patience, the way he made me feel comfortable in class making learning my most hated and difficult subject alot easier and I know that he must have been the same great man outside the class too. I will go light a candle on Christmas Eve eventhough I can not be at the funeral and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
