Dear Bernice & Mendelsohn family ,Anne joins me i telling you how very bad we feel on learning of Mervyn`s passing .We remember it was the coldest day of the year that December 43 years ago with about a foot of snow but there were you & Mervyn & you made it up that hill on Cote St. Catherine Rd .to attend our wedding party & when I said it was so wonderful to see you there ,I never forgot what Mervyn answered ;Why wouldn`t I be here ,just because you are one of my sales agents & represent me ,you are probably the only one I actually like ! Even later on when I started to manufacture belts @ least once a week Merv would come down the street & if was lunch time we would go to lunch or if was a friday afternoon we go into my office have coffee 7 tell jokes & relax 7 he would always make me feel better by the time he left .hen we moved to Ottawa for six years we unfortunately lost contact .But if there was ever a person who deserved to be remembered as an all around nice guy that should definitely be Mervyn .
