Stanley and Helene Sinclair - 17 days ago

Stanley and I were very saddened to hear of Joyce's passing. We will remember her as always smiling. Although it took a long time for Stanley to rediscover his old friend from college, it was like the bond from years ago never left. The few times we did reconnect were happy times and that is how we would like to remember her. Condolences to the family.

Dear Michael & family, We were most saddened to learn of Joyce's passing, & want to extend our deepest sympathy to you & your family. We hope that you will all be strengthened by the meaningful memories you have of a deeply devoted wife, mother, mother-in -law & Bubby. At Jean Coutu, I always found Joyce to be so warm & pleasant. We wish for you , Michael & yours continued good health, coupled with the hope that you may be spared from any more sorrow for many years to come. Warmly, Riva & Carl Gelber

Dear Michael and family. We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Joyce, truly a lovely lady. Our deepest sympathies to all of you. We first met Joyce many years ago when you both were the pharmacists in D.D.O. close to our home and were immediately taken with her warm smile and sense of humor. We continued to follow her path, with the need to fill family prescriptions, and always enjoyed family talk. On occasion we would meet by chance, and always a friendly smile and a hug. Stay strong with cherished memories of a wonderful woman. Joyce and Ron Wiseman

I was shocked and saddened to see that Joyce has passed away. Joyce was my cousin. Her grandfather Max Oberman and my father, Moe Oberman were brothers. My father often took me to visit the family on Willowdale Ave. I have fond memories of the good times I had playing with Joyce. Unfortunately as we grew up we lost touch and our paths never crossed. As I read the obit, is how I remember Joyce. My deepest sympathy to you Michael and your family as well to Ben and and Dan, May the wonderful memories comfort you during the difficult time. Jim & Elaine Hibben - 25 days ago

Joyce blessed this world with her positive outlook on life and deep love for you Michael, one that we were witness to in the short time that we have known you. She always spoke of her family lovingly and with a smile on her face and the only sad thing she said was that her baby grandson would not have memories of her. We admired her endless amount of energy and adventurous spirit. She embraced the arts and we were glad to have shared an uplifting evening in Toronto at the play ‘Come From Away’. We will remember the joy that Joyce brought to our lives and know that she has left a large void in yours. The world was a better place because of her.

Dear Michael and family, and Danny and Benny. I was shocked when I heard from one of my mom's Canadian cousins that Joyce had passed. I always thought we'd have a chance to get together again when you both were in Vermont or we were in Montreal. My dad loved her as much as he did my sister and I, and she was my childhood hero. I know she'll be horribly missed by everyone who knew her. Love to you all.
