Just heard the sad news of Larry's passing. Larry and my late father, Eddy Stern, worked together many years ago and as a small child I remember visiting Larry in the garage with my father. Larry was always very kind and friendly to me. I know my father had much respect for Larry. My condolences to the entire family.

Edith (Edie) Torobin - 17 days ago
Dear Ruthie, Ricky, Danny, Edith and the entire Dobsinsky family, My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your father and grandfather. Words are not adequate to properly describe your dad. He was one of the finest, caring, giving men I have ever had the privilege to know. He was a prince amongst princes, with a heart and soul of pure gold. He and Alice were a beautiful couple with whom Sy and I had the pleasure to be friends. I remember how he lovingly cared for Alice when she was ill. You children were his life and were blessed to have such a wonderful father and grandfather. There was, and will be, only one Larry. May he now rest in peace as he is re-united with his soulmate in heaven. I hope the love and warmth of family and friends will help you through these difficult days. Fondly, Edith and the Torobin Family

I have such fond memories of him while in our youth. He would always make us the most delicious ice coffee. Even in his latter years, he was so warm when he would see me. Dear Ruthie, Ricky, Danny and the entire Dobsinsky family, It is with a heavy heart that I write this note to you all. I have had the pleasure of knowing Larry for many years, and every time I would go to his apt. to have documents signed we would talk for quite awhile. We would walk around his home and show me the beautiful pictures of his entire family and his late wife. He talked with such love for you all. How blessed you all are to have had such a unique man as your dad, father-in-law , brother, grand father and even great grand-father. Wishing you all much good health and no further sorrows. I know how much he will be missed. Shelley xoxo

Dear Auntie Ruthie, Uncle Ricky, CJ, Lesley and Marissa, There are no words to properly express our sadness for your loss. Larry was a beautiful soul with a kind and loving heart. We were so privileged to have known him and to have shared so many Pesach seders with him at the head of the table when we were children. His love for his family was unparalleled and we all felt lucky to be an extension of that family. Although we grew up knowing Larry as a loving and devoted father and grandfather, we were so honored to learn about his early years when he agreed to mentor Riley for her Bat Mitzvah project. There are not enough words to say about this man who endured so much, survived, and spent his life giving back. He will be missed, but he will also be remembered with love. Please accept our sincere condolences. We love you so much. Love, Stephen, Lianne, Riley and AJ
