I want to extent my deep condolences to all members of the Klein family. Donald and Robert, I am truly saddened by the passing of your Mother. I will miss her. Besides the supportive mother that I know she was for you, Gloria was a wonderful, caring person and someone I admired so much. Our Liberman family has had the privilege and pleasure of having her as part of our lives. Her gift of happiness and support has warmed the lives of my sitter Alissa’s children. A life may end but the relationship continues.

Your passing brings to mind the history we have together of days of beauty: Meeting you 75 years ago was like opening a bottle of fine champagne; knowing you was like drinking it. Your sense of humour and ability to laugh got us through many rough times. Success is not drawing a good hand; it is playing well the hand you are dealt. You played it so well! You were always there supporting your family, your friends, the extended people you reached and always with kindness and patience. Shakespeare wrote, "Good name in man or woman is the immediate jewel of their soul." Your name is a sterling one! Seymour, Louise and I are grateful for the close friendship that we had with you and Jack and Robert and Donald. You will always be with us. The world is a lovelier place because you touched it with your warmth, love and talent .

NORAH FREEDMAN - 15 days ago

Dear Robert and Rosemary, Donald and Alissa, Sam and I are devastated by Gloria's passing. She was such a special person, with a great gift for friendship. A woman of uncommon grace and graciousness (and always impeccably groomed!), she herself exemplified such high standards of conduct, and yet was so tolerant of others' frailties. She was a model of how to live, and how to leave. She will be sorely missed. With our deepest sympathy, and love, Norah Freedman
