Dear Markus family, I was sorry to hear of Eva’s sickness and now of her passing. I will miss her conversation, her strong mindedness, and most of all her hearty throaty laugh. I know that if you push away the recent memories, you will enjoy reminiscing of the times that you spent together when she was well. May you be comforted by good memories and the love that you shared.

My most sincere condolences on the immense loss of a most incredible and unique woman. I met Eva when I was 16 years old, 29 years ago. My late grandmother was a member of the Hungarian community here in Montreal. I will always treasure my MANY conversations and time spent with Eva over the years. I will think of her often as I know that my memories of her sense of humor and strong personality will always put a smile on my face. Wishing you all strength and courage.

My deepest sympathies to all of you with the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. I first met her almost 25 years ago as one of her clients and over time a friendship developed. She was an exceptional woman: passionate and compassionate, loving and opinionated - you always knew where you stood with Eva! And she loved you, her family - always sharing the latest news, she was very proud. I will never forget her with head of red curls, passionate reactions and loving smile. May she rest in peace.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. She was the matriarch of your family and she lived for all of you. I met Eva when I was about 12 years old and what a special woman she was. She was always ready to give you her opinion whether you wanted to hear it or not, she was fiery, compassionate and kind. She watched me grow up and get married, but never got to meet my son who I know she would have loved! May you have good memories for comfort, friends for their support and smiles to ease your sorrow.
