Dearest Phyliss It is with the sadness of the loss of the BEST FRIEND anyone could be blessed with that I offer YOU, Arlene, David, Kory, Ian, Howard and Dawna my sincerest heartfelt condolences. Some 56 years ago at 19 years old, I saved up enough money to make my first Navy Blazer and Grey Slacks, 1 white and 1 blue shirt; made by Mr. Russell. My dream had come true! From that day on and for the last 56 years Russell and I spent so many wonderful times together, in Montreal, Nassau, St Sauveur, Miami and The Trump Tower in NYC. My friend Mr Russell was one of my most cherished blessings of my adult life. What a man! From a poor boy, to one of the best known producers of men’s fine suits and shirts in the world. Many people from near and far will celebrate and remember the life of this kind. Special man, who I loved as my own family. His legacy as a famous Montrealer will live on forever! You all have lost your Spouse and Dad, one of the most wonderful souls of the universe; while I have lost one of the best friends, I ever had; who stayed by me through thick and thin, when all odds were against me. RIP MR.RUSSELL. I will miss you for the rest of my days!
