I was so saddened to hear this news. I grew up with Paul, going to the same elementary school and then were very close teenage friends. We had reconnected a few years back and got together when I was in Montreal for a visit. He was such a sweet guy and I’m sure this is a terrible loss. My condolences to the family. May his memory be a blessing..

Dear Gary and the Cooperman family I was shocked to hear of your brothers passing. I do not know if you remember me. I knew your parents very well and Paul worked for me as a salesman for quite a few years. I have not seen him for many years. I do, however, picture him vividly and certainly remember him quite well. He was very polite and numerous. A really nice easy to work with person. It is hard to believe he is gone. Please accept my condolences and may you experience no further sorrow. Paul, RIP Joe. It is devastating that Paul is gone. I grew up next door to the Cooperman's in Laval, we were childhood friends until our early teens, and only lost touch when his family moved out of Laval. My heartfelt condolences to all those who knew him, and loved him.

I was very sad to learn of Paul's passing. We were very good friends in our early twenties and had a lot of fun times together. I remember many things about Paul. He had a great sense of humour, he always smelled nice and like Erwin mentioned below, his car was always clean and he took such good care of it!!! I visited Paul often when he lived in Toronto and it was always a lot of fun. Although I did see him briefly when he moved back to Montreal, we unfortunately lost touch over the years . I will always remember our good times. My deepest condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.
