Dearest Lorne and Family of Gail, I was truly heartbroken to hear of your Mom’s passing.I am a friend of your Mom over many years and had the privilege of knowing both your Mom abd Dad. Her kindness and heart will always remain with me . Her artistic bent so evident in her love of flowers which brought great joy to her life but her greatest joy was her son , Lorne who meant world to her . My profound sympathies to Gail’s Mom and her sisters and to Lorne, you will carry you’re Mom’s love deep inside of you and over time, it, along with her beautiful memories will be a source of some comfort . We are heartbroken to hear about Cousin Gail’s passing. I remember spending summers in Ottawa as a little girl and Gail would become the big sister I never had. Her warmth, caring, and compassion were boundless and left a lasting impression on me. Even though I saw her infrequently, it was like seeing a close friend again and every time we would pick up where we had left off. I will miss her huge heart and her tremendous spirit and passion for life. Our deepest condolences.

To Gail”s ENTIRE family: I am heartsick beyond words over the loss of your beloved Gail. I have lost a beautiful friend who inspired me to accept what we cannot change, and NEVER EVER give up. In her most difficult recent struggle, she still wanted to entertain her mahjong ladies with her fabulous home baked delights, gorgeous tea party china, and a room overflowing with flowers. I have this imprinted forever. To Lorne, you were her world and her pride. I had the opportunity of witnessing an INCREDIBLE SUPPORT team of sisters, close friends, and family. She deserved this comfort and it was a privilege for all of you to provide it. The world is a far better place because Gail was in it. To the entire family, I wish you all health and strength to get through this difficult time. May fond memories of beautiful Gail, in time, help ease your sorrow now. Sincerely, Arlene Granich Rosen
