I first met Alan a little over a year ago when Alan joined The Improv Club at Caldwell Residences which Wilma and I moderate. To say Alan was the life of our improv group would be a huge understatement. Alan knew 100 times than any of us about Acting and Drama but he always made everyone feel like they were the Star. Yet whenever the class or a scene was faltering, all we had to do was throw Alan into it and it became amazing. What a great and talented guy he was. We will miss him.

What a shock. What a loss of such a bright light. He was really talented! My humble opinion is he was a better character actor than one's I have paid to see at the movie theater. He belonged in Hollywood. He did! He was also a sweet person who was warm and friendly with everyone. What a loss. My condolences to the family. Rest in peace my friend Alan.

Dear Henry, I was your (and Alan's) third grade teacher at Willingdon School. I taught for 27 years and was a principal for 10 years. (mostly in Baltimore after I married) Some pupils you just don't forget and both you and Alan are one of those. Only wonderful memories. I even remember your Mother and I still have a tray she gave me that year I taught Alan, when I got married, and moved to the US.. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Henry and Leona - My sincerest deepest sympathies f wish you only the best, especially since it was the day after Alan's departure that I unwittingly got you involved in the problems of your great grandfather's estate and inadvertently mentioned and thus reminded you of your late mother Esther, a cousin of whom I have fond memories.. May Alan rest in peace and may you be spared further sorrow.
