Dear Myra and Hana, I am so saddened to learn of Howard's passing. We grew up together in Quebec City attending St George's elementary school and then Quebec High School . We were friends all through these school years and Howie was one of 7 Jewish boys our age who were always good friends. We played hockey and baseball together on the Plains of Abraham and tremendous fond memories of all those good years. Since Howie moved to Toronto we lost touch with each other, but it s truly sad for all of his friends that this happened at such a young age. I'll always remember Howie from our early days at Beth Tikvah, in Dollard des Ormeaux. He was a great baseball player, in the CBT league. And then the Dodick Family moved away.I'm trying to remember where they lived: one street off of Wilson, behind WestPark Pool. Those were our pioneer days.
