I am deeply saddened by the passing of Anita. What a fabulous and unique woman who had an amazing sense of self. Anita delighted in telling her Puerto Rico stories with us. Sol and Anita shared a flawless routine at Norma Rohr's. The steady laughter of us, the audience, was contagious. Nothing could stop the two of them and we kept asking for more. They had such a supreme sense of timing ingrained over many years of marriage. Imagine Anita sitting , a small chuckle at Sol's hilarious jokes and then she would let it rip!!!!!!!! Absolutely priceless and precious. She gave as good as she got, for sure. Sol made a superb cup of coffee. In fact, he was a legend in coffee preparation. Well, lo and behold !!!She made Sol's coffee to perfection. I had such deep affection for Anita. She was well read and recommended many good books to discover. A talented painter, I was stunned by how good an artist she was. Dear Anita... you blanketed your family with love and warmth. My sincere condolences to your beloved family and all those who adored you. Rest in eternal peace. With love and admiration, Dorrie
