Toby and I were like family. Her sister-in-law Tsipie Litvack was also my sister-IN-law. And she and I were lovers of music who also played the violin. Whenever we would meet casually, I could sense the beautiful warmth that radiated between her and David. My very warm memories to all the family, Ruth Litvack

Dear Bellam family. By now, none of you would remember me. I remember your dad, Dave when both he and your mother owned the Dorval Delicatessen. Dave was good friends with my dad (Max Balin) and me, working with my dad (we manufacture stainless steel restaurant equipment) and Dave would come into our factory to talk, kibitz and gets some special items fabricated. I met your mom, maybe twice, during those years. They were very pleasant people, and for me, this brings back many fond memories. Here's hoping that YOUR memories of your mom and dad will help you through this difficult time. May your family be spared any further sorrow. Jason Balin(sky)

Dear Perry and Jesse...I'll always remember Toba being a strong woman in a man's world. She was the guiding force in many of Dudie's business ventures over the years. A one of a kind woman. May you be spared any future sorrow, and the memory of her be a beacon of light and hope.

Dear Perry, Jesse, Sarah, Adrienne and Mathew; Our sincerest condolences on the loss of your bubby Toba. I knew her for 30+ years, and we spent many holidays together. She was such a spunky person and always came to my home with a homemade gift; hand painted cards, meringues, water colour paintings. All of my children have inherited those beautiful blue eyes. She was a lovely aunt to Stephen, and it is doubly difficult that the two 'shvesters' passed within months of each other. We will miss those Herscovitch women. We wish you peace of mind, and respect. Rona and Stephen Kucer, Natalie, Audrey and Harry
