Lillian, and another volunteer Wanda, were the Friday Dream Team and all my colleagues were jealous that I got to work with this dynamic duo. Lillian was a true professional volunteer. She was never bored and always found things to do. She spent a lot of time talking to patients, organizing the library and generally making Hope & Cope the welcoming hub that it is.
