My deepest condolences to the entire Neiman family on this very sad news. To say that Jeff was one-of-a-kind does not fully describe what a remarkable person he was. I first met Nifty in the early 1990's and was last in contact this past November. Generous to a fault, he was one of the few people who always delivered - whatever the situation, and no matter how challenging. Jeff was able to connect with everyone - from the man on the street to a CEO. A rare, selfless and unforgettable individual. Rest in Peace, my friend.

My deepest sympathies to the Neiman family both close and extended. I am so sorry to hear about his death. I always felt he would last forever. He was the best person I met in my life. I met him through Claudette Morin, his accountant, and worked for him in Toronto at BNA and WBOS, travelling back and forth from Montreal. When you were around him, you felt warm, loved and secured. I will never forget him. I know he will keep taking care of the ones he loves, it's in his nature.

Dear Myrna, Wendy, Ryan, Sara and entire Neiman family: my condolences to each of you on Jeffery’s sudden passing. Like you, I am saddened we have lost Jeff, an incredible human being. He was my best friend and I was honored to be his best man. His favorite two words were: “No (pause) Problem!” as he always provided for everyone else’s well being, often sacrificing his own. Professionally, he mentored many successful people with his extraordinary business skills & unparalleled networking capabilities. He was a divine friend who provoked dynamic conversations that lead to changed behaviors & solutions. Sometimes, our discussions generated disagreements of opinions but never at the expense of the love and respect he shared for all. Lise, Andrea, Dario and I remember him fondly. His leaves footprints for us to create trails of generosity moving forward. I did cry because he is gone but I will always smile because he was with us. I miss him and will always love him. Fulvio

To Jeff's entire family, I was very sad to read that my old friend Nifty Neiman had passed away. Although we hadn't been in touch in 35+ years, we were good buddies at Sir George Williams University (Concordia U. today) back in the seventies, along with others who have left this world too early, such as Esther 'Buffy" Alexander/Rabinovitch. I still have such vivid memories of Nifty's unequalled smile and laughter, as well may happy (and sometimes mischievous) times together. May his soul rest in peace, and may you all be spared from further sorrow.

Jeff once put up over 70 points in a high school game which was a record at the time and probably still is.Several years later, I was on a softball team with Lyle and my first question was if he was related to Jeff . Then, About 20 years after that, my daughter joined a softball team captained by Kelly and I asked her to find out if she was related to Jeff and sure enough, her brother as well. My condolences to the family
