My condolences to the whole family. My mother, Jean Gillett, and Carol worked together at the Childrens and remained fast friends the rest of their lives. We all loved Carol. She was warm and outgoing and not afraid to speak her mind and so motherly, so giving. So many people will miss her presence on this Earth. Bless you all. May fond memories keep Carol always in your hearts.

I met Carol and Dan when they decided to book the Mode Homme show with me at the RADISSON HOTEL on University Street. As a couple they were always so kind and respectful to all staff and especially to each other. Carol was a delight to know . We had good times at the show and they became our favorite clients .May she rest in peace and to her family, I hope that eventually the memories of her will turn from tears to smiles

So very sorry to learn of Carol’s long illness and passing. I grew up on same street as Carol, she is my 3rd cousin, we attended High School for Girls together, we were friends. One fond memory I have is the evening we went to the Seville Theatre together to hear the crooner Johnny Ray. In more recent years whenever we spoke together she would tell of each grandchild so lovingly, she was so involved with each one, so close, you felt you knew each child. The write-up on Carol is so fitting. My sympathies are with all the family, most sincerely, Myrna Schwartz
