Frank Roseman

Peacefully, in Delray Beach, Florida, on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Predeceased by his wife, Gloria (née Kerdman). Loving partner of Goldye Slaven-Raphael. Devoted father and father-in-law of Leah Roseman and Mark Friedman, Sharon Roseman and Wayne Fife, David Roseman and Isabelle Boisvert. Proud grandfather of Sarah, Edie, Louis, Henri, Annie (Félix-Antoine), and Coralie (Adrien). Son of the late Sam and the late Annie Roseman, and predeceased by his four sisters Bella, Claire, Celia, and Goldie.

Frank had a distinguished career as an economist. He received his graduate education at McGill University and Northwestern University, and then held faculty appointments at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Alberta. He also worked for the Economic Council of Canada, and was appointed for many years to the Restrictive Trade Practices Commission and the Competition Tribunal. Frank will be missed by his family, friends, and all those who knew him.
