Gerald Gould

Peacefully in his ninety-fifth year, on Saturday, January 10th, 2026. Best friend and companion of Carol Byer. Dear brother of the late Alfreda Pash. Loving Uncle of Warren Pash, Neil Pash and Janet Pash. Gerald will be remembered for his good sense of humour and singing in the shower.  He was a funny and caring human being. In Gerald’s working career he used to be a top sales person at Leon’s Furniture, especially when it came to selling their Fabric Protection. He first started his sales career at Holt Renfrew. One of Gerald’s first customers was Margaret Trudeau, wife of our late Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Special thanks to Dr. Camille Simard, and the nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital, Internal Medicine Dept., 5th fl. Also, much gratitude to the Rene Cassin CLSC, Nursing and Home Care Team. Special thanks to Ky Browne, Miguel Kapenda and Sharon Mack for their exceptional care and compassion. Lastly, a big thank you to Amanda Burkart, of the Cummings Centre. Gerald will be missed and remembered by his family, friends and all who knew him.
