Peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026. Beloved son of Leonard (Rhonda) and the late Jackie. Loving partner of Ruth. Cherished brother of Sari (Amos) and the late Howard. Proud uncle of Adam, Britt and J.P. Jay will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Mary’s Hospital for their devotion and kindness.
