Leonard Daitch

Peacefully, on June 10, 2026 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of Bunny Alper for 71 years. Dear son of the late Israel and the late Manya Daitch. Loving father and father-in-law of Donna and Ted, Bob and Wendy, Steve and Lorena. Much loved Grandpa of Pamela and Travis, Lauren, Melanie and Ryan, Matthew and Alanna. Great-grandfather of Decklan, Summer, Jake, Mia, and Sophie. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Rita and the late Ted Nashman. Uncle to the most devoted Peter and Nancy. Leonard will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Many thanks to the staff at the Mount Sinai Hospital for their compassionate care.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, June 12 at 12:00 P.M. Burial at the Temple Emanu-El section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva following burial at Ruby Foo's Hotel until 5:00 P.M. Remainder of Shiva is private.
