Lise Zimmerman (née Laberge)

Peacefully, in her 87th year, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Beloved wife of Palmer Acheson for 37 years, and the late Harvey Zimmerman. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Perry and Joy Zimmerman, JoJo Zimmerman, Gregg Zimmerman and Bella Jaramillo. Cherished Grandmaman of Bryan Zimmerman, and Adam Zimmerman. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Pierre Laberge, France Laberge, Marie and Michel Perrault, the late Serge and the late Nicole Laberge, Micheline and the late Michel Laberge. Lise will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and dear friends. Special thanks to her caregivers Faith, Rowena and Ese, and to the caring staff of the 7th Floor Maimonides for their care, kindness and devotion.

Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, June 26th at 12:00 p.m. Burial at Knights of Pythias Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay.
