Miri Dolan (née Reich)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miri on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the age of seventy-three. Devoted and loving mother of Keren Dolan and Tommy Dolan, and mother-in-law of Kamal Panesar. Cherished Savti of Devin, Shiloh; James, Wolfgang, and Shane. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Moshe and Ronit Reches of Israel. Miri will be sadly missed by Nechama Shaked, her extended family in Israel, as well as her countless friends, including Ilana, Atara, Arnona, and Michaella. Special thanks to doctors Lawrence Panasci and Cristiano Ferrario, and to Miri’s caregivers Nitza, Noemi, Hilda, and Noreen for their care, kindness, and devotion.

Miri was a woman of intellect, wit, and resilience. She dedicated her life to her family and held firm to her values. She had a presence that filled every room, she was bold, funny, and always sincere. Miri taught those around her how to speak with conviction, live with honesty, and love without condition. Her guidance, her wisdom, and her fierce love will continue to shape the lives of those who knew her. 

Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Tuesday, July 22 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Community Foundation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
