Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in her ninety-ninth year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joe) Pomerantz for sixty-eight years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Lonny and Linda, Richard (Dick) and Bobbie, and Joanne Pomerantz Kroll. Cherished Nana of Lexi and Liam who brought her so much pride and joy. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Earl and Faygie Dubrovsky, Lorna and the late Jack Stroll, the late Charlotte and the late Morton Walfish, the late Reuben and Sylvia Dubrovsky, and sister-in-law of the late Ray and the late Louis Brown, the late Edith and the late Harold Cohen, the late Rose and the late David Comm, the late Phil and the late Ida Pomerantz, Lorraine and the late Morris Pomerantz, the late Betty and Herb Lindenbaum, the late Ben Pomerantz, the late Saul and the late Alice Pomerantz. Sarah was adored by her many nieces and nephews, her family and friends. 

With much love and gratitude for her incredible caregivers Elsa, Vangie, Yolly, Marlene, Joan, Claroline, and Nikki who surrounded her with effervescent unconditional love. Special thanks to Dr. Maral Koolian and the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Jewish General Hospital. With much love and appreciation for Rita, Wendy, Marlyn and her angelic caregivers for their unwavering love and support, Sarah will be fondly missed.
