Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Frances for sixty-three years. Loving father of Perry and Cyma, Neil and Melissa, Warren and Sophie, Kevin and Heather, Joann and Laurent. Adored Zaidy of Yardena and Sam, Aliza and Yehuda, Tamar, Gilad, Alexandra, Julia, Justin, Jory, Ben, Gabrielle, Joseph, Eli, Theo, Olivier, and Celeste, and great-grandfather of Adin and Tzemach. He was the son of Abe and Fanny Katz. Dear brother of Esther and the late Alfie Noodleman, and predeceased by Gertie and Phil Batist, Phillip and Sandy Katz, Eta and Moe Bulua. The family is deeply grateful to George who added dignity and quality to his last years, as well as his other devoted caregivers Karen, Arthur, and Julia, and to the extraordinary staff at Jewish Eldercare for their exceptional compassion.
