Victor Mashaal

After a brief illness on Thursday December 25, 2025.  Beloved husband of Edna Gareh for sixty three years.  Devoted father and father-in-law of Robert Mashaal and Evelyne Asseraf, Richard Mashaal and Evelyn Jerassy, Joy Mashaal and Matthew Nuss. Cherished Grandpa of Hannah, Max, Sophia and Michelle; Sam, Harrison and Ella; Lily, Jack and Claire Nuss. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Danielle and the late Freddy,  Albert and Sandy, Sue and Kamal, Emile and Miriam, the late Edward and the late Gertrude, the late Salim and the late Doris, the late Morris and the late Evette and brother-in-law of Yardena and the late Naaman Livnat, Amnon and Dalia Gareh.  A great patriarch, accomplished businessman, prolific artist and raconteur, and true family man, Victor will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be held at the Spanish and Portuguese Congregation 4894 St. Kevin Ave. on Sunday December 28 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Spanish and Portuguese Congregation Cemetery, ch de la foret, Outremont.  Shiva at his home.
