Albert Znaty

On Sunday, March 22, 2026 at the age of one hundred and two. Beloved husband of Renée Benchanan for forty-five years. Loving father of Charles, Sophie, the late Josseline, and the late Sam. Cherished grandfather of seven; and great-grandfather of ten. Son of the late Solomon and the late Hnina Znaty. Albert will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, March 23 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Community Foundation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home. 

Le dimanche 22 mars 2026, à l’âge de cent deux ans. Époux bien-aimé de Renée Benchanan depuis quarante-cinq ans. Père aimant de Charles, Sophie, de feu Josseline et de feu Sam. Grand-père chéri de sept petits-enfants et arrière-grand-père de dix arrière-petits-enfants. Fils de feu Solomon et de feu Hnina Znaty. Albert manquera beaucoup à tous ceux qui l’ont connu et aimé. Les funérailles auront lieu chez Paperman & Sons, 3888, rue Jean-Talon Ouest, le mardi 23 mars à 14 h. L'inhumation aura lieu au cimetière de la Fondation communautaire Baron de Hirsch, à la Savane. La shiva sera observée à son domicile.
