Gloria Burnett (née Gross)

On February 18, 2026. Devoted wife of the late Peter Burnett.  Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Bruce and Lori, Pamela Burnett and Daniel Marcus, Maureen Burnett and Michael Lampel. Cherished grandmother of Andrew Burnett and Jessica Weitzner, Trevor Burnett; Sam Marcus, Katie Marcus; and Elizabeth Lampel. Proud great-grandmother of Ava Rose and Margaux Lilly Burnett. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Vera and the late Morty Gross; and sister-in-law of the late Dorothy and the late Merton Zonis. Gloria will be missed by her family, friends, and all those who knew her. Special thanks to the many caregivers who looked after Gloria over the past several years. 

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, February 20th at 1:00 p.m.  Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 chemin de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva in Montreal, Sunday through Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Shiva in Toronto at Maureen's home, 274 Chaplin Crescent, Monday, February 23 through Wednesday, February 25 from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with 8:00 p.m. service.
