Gloria Simons (née Lifshitz)

After a brief illness on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in her ninety first year.

Devoted wife of the late Dave Simons for fifty years. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Shelley and Jonathan Schneiderman, Hali and Pini Lieberman. Cherished Bubbie of Zachary Schneiderman and Shonnie Benarroch, Erica Schneiderman and Daniel Goodman, Dahlia Schneiderman; Lauren Lieberman, Jarred Lieberman and Marlee Cohen, Cara Lieberman and Miles Schwartz. Proud great-grandmother of Rho, Via and Tov Schneiderman; Zev Goodman; Summer Schwartz. Sister and sister-in-law of the late Sidney and the late Gertie Lifshitz, the late Selma and the late Harold Fisch. Gloria will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Dear life-long friend of Diane Spitzer. Special thanks to Joy for her care and devotion.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, April 10th at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the King George Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane.
