Norma Feldman (née Gillman)

Peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Isidore Feldman. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Eric and Arlene, Julie and Brian.  Treasured Bubbie and Grand Bubbie of Shawn and Natassia, Jacob and Jodi, and Sadie and Izzy. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of the late Harriet and the late Eli Hirshorn, and the late Polly Feldman. Loved auntie of the late Susan and the late Moshe Hirshorn-Israeli, and cherished auntie of Eddie, Laura, and Tim Wallick. Forever loved daughter of the late Sam and the late Fannie Gillman and daughter-in-law of the late Morris and the late Jennie Feldman.  Norma will be greatly missed by her family and friends.  

She was loved by everyone she met with her infectious laugh and smile. Always positive and enthusiastic about life with her generosity and willingness to help others, continuously giving with her heart and soul.  She will always be remembered by everyone she touched.  Sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses in Palliative care at the Jewish General Hospital for their caring attention and support.

Graveside service at Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield on Sunday, November 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.  Shiva at Ruby Foo’s Hotel, Seville Room, 7655 Decarie Blvd., on Sunday following burial until 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Donations to Norma’s memory can be made to Jewish General Hospital Foundation, Palliative care, at 514-340-8251.
