It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death on Friday, February 28, 2025, of Solomon (Steve) Schipper at the age of ninety-three. He passed away peacefully after complications due to illness, Surrounded by his loving family. Beloved common law partner of Grace Heroux for forty-two years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Neil (Sadhna) and Linda Schipper. Loving Stepfather and step father-in-law of Jocelyn (Claudine) and Martin (Nathalie). Loving Zeyda of Daniel, Benjy, and Milana Schipper and Grandfather of Nicolas, Mylina, Edouard, Elliot Péladeau. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Dr. Hirsh Schipper (Ethel), the late Barbara Schipper (Lenny Bergstein). Steve will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon West, Sunday, March 9, at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Back River memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri and Sauve. C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès soudain, le vendredi 28 février 2025, de Solomon (Steve) Schipper à l'âge de quatre-vingt-treize ans. Il s'est éteint paisiblement après des complications dues à la maladie, entouré de sa famille aimante. Conjoint de fait bien-aimé de Grace Heroux depuis quarante-deux ans. Il est le père et le beau-père bien-aimé de Neil (Sadhna) et Linda Schipper. Beau-père et beau-père aimant de Jocelyn (Claudine) et Martin (Nathalie). Zeyda de Daniel, Benji et Milana Schipper et grand-père de Nicolas, Mylina, Edouard et Elliot Péladeau. Cher frère et beau-frère de feu le Dr Hirsh Schipper (Ethel) et de feu Barbara Schipper (Lenny Bergstein). Steve manquera cruellement à tous ceux qui l'ont connu et aimé. Les funérailles auront lieu chez Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon Ouest. Dimanche 9 mars à 14h00. L'inhumation aura lieu au cimetière Back River Memorial Gardens, à Berri et Sauve.
