Shiva on Thursday following burial until 4:00 pm, and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday and Monday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Evening services will be held at 6:30 pm. Shiva visits will conclude Tuesday morning, November 10th.

It is with profound sadness that Bonnie's family announces her passing after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Bonnie passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, November 2, 2026. Beloved wife of Charles Soroka. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jesse and Mia Soroka and Samuel and fiancee Sharon Khavekine-Binstock. Proud Grandma of Arthur Soroka. Loved daughter of Esther Yashinsky (nee Starikoff) and the late Morris Yashinsky and daughter-in-law of the late Annlizbeth and the late Abraham Soroka. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Tammy and Lorne Tobin, Sandra Salesas and the late Seth Soroka and Dana Soroka and the late Mitchell Goldbloom. Aunt of Eytan Tobin and Steffi, Noam Tobin and Ann, Talia and Jordan Goldbloom and Benjamin Soroka. Heartfelt gratitude to Drs. John Cho, Adrian Sacher and Florence Wu, all of Princess Margaret Hospital. Bonnie made friends and had an impact wherever she went and she will be greatly missed by her family, friends and colleagues.
