It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Gold (née Ehrlich) on June 25, 2026 following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in her 83rd year.
Carol is predeceased by her beloved parents, Zelda and Abraham (Al) Ehrlich. She leaves behind her loving children, Clifford Gold (Elana), Brad Gold (Anna), her cherished brothers Michael Ehrlich (Alicia) and Barry Ehrlich (Melanie). Cherished grandmother of six and proud great grandmother of three
She was also a devoted aunt to Leona (Danny), Jason (Lauren), and a loving great-aunt to her many great-nephews and great-niece. Carol will always be remembered for her incredible sense of humour, infectious laughter, and unwavering pride in her family. She brought warmth and joy to everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Dufferin Care Center, Coquitlam, BC for their love, support, and compassion during Carol’s illness. A funeral service took place in Coquitlam, B.C.
