Edward (Eddie) Steinman

Peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025. Loving soulmate of Evelynn (Evie) Detterer for twenty-one years. Dear husband of the late Lily Harris. Beloved father of Janet Steinman, Cindy Steinman (Mark Winkler). Cherished grandfather of Hayley and Joey Alcaro, Aaron and Jessica Steinman, and the late Brian Steinman. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dr. Arnold and Carolyn Steinman, Linda and Joey Zalter, and predeceased by Rhoda and Michael Cohen, Morty and Gloria Steinman; brother-in-law of Elizabeth and the late Philip Harris and the late Louis Harris. Eddie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Thursday, November 6 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Beit Abraham Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. The family will receive visitors at Linda and Joey’s home following the burial.
