C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Gisèle Amzallag, le jeudi 26 février 2026, à l’âge de 78 ans. Sa joie, intelligence, générosité ,charme et amour manqueront à tous.
Mère et belle-mère de Fabian Garzon et Katia Ohayon, Kim Garzon et Gilles Elhadad. Mamie adorée de ses précieux petits-enfants Jérémie, Emmanuel et Leah, et Emilie Garzon; Adam, et Yoan Cohen, sœur de feu Alain Amzallag z’l, sœur et belle-sœur de Moshé et Zipora Amzallag, tante bien aimée de ses nombreux neveux et nièces. Gisèle manquera profondément à la famille Amzallag, Malka et Feldstein ainsi qu’à sa famille élargie, ses amis et à tous ceux qui l’ont connue.
Le Service funéraire aura lieu aux salons Paperman & Sons, 3888, rue Jean-Talon O., le 1er mars 2026 à 13:00h. Inhumation au cimetière Baron de Hirsch, rue de la Savane. La shiva aura lieu au 1930 rue de L’Église à Ville Saint-Laurent. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gisèle Amzallag on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the age of 78. Her joie de vivre, intelligence, generosity, charm, and love will be deeply missed by all.
Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Fabian Garzon and Katia Ohayon, Kim Garzon and Gilles Elhadad. Adored grandmother of her precious grandchildren Jérémie, Emmanuel and Leah, and Emilie Garzon; Adam, and Yoan Cohen. Sister of the late Alain Amzallag z”l, and dear sister and sister-in-law of Moshé and Zipora Amzallag. Cherished aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Gisèle will be deeply missed by the Amzallag, Malka, and Feldstein families, as well as her extended family, friends, and all who knew her.
The funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon Street West, on March 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva will be held at 1930 de l’Église Street in Ville Saint-Laurent.
