A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and proudly known as “Bubby” and “Super Bubby,” passed away at the age of 98.

Born on July 24, 1927, in Montreal, Jeanne lived a long, full life defined by love, kindness, and a quiet strength. She was a simple woman in the best sense of the word. Always wearing a smile, always warm, and always putting her family first.

Jeanne leaves behind her 3 children, Lawrence, Susan, and Robert, as well as 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A lifelong Montrealer at heart. Jeanne had a deep and unwavering love for the Habs cheering them on with real passion.

Jeanne’s legacy lives on in the countless memories she created, the love she gave so freely, and the family she built and cherished.

Cherished wife of the late Peter Green.

Jeanne was the youngest of six children born to Jenny and Nathan Shuman.

Jeanne was predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Rose and Joe Cherry, Lou and Ida Sherman, Ida and Hyman Katz, Mary and Moe Lehrer and Abie and Ursula Shuman.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
