Joan Dennick (née Beecher)

Peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, in her ninety-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late Hy. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Linda and Mark Zimmerman, Margo and Howard Rutman, David and Denise Dennick. Cherished Bubby of Jessica and Robin, Brett, Michelle and Byron, Jason and Nicole, Sophie, and Samuel.  Proud great-grandmother of Abigail.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Joel and the late Elsa Cohen.  Predeceased by Hy’s siblings Myer and Betty Dennick, Sara and Irving Endelman, Rose and Israel Letichevsky. Joan will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.  Shiva to be announced. Donations in Joan’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
