It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Louis Vogel, on March 16, 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida at the age of 95. He passed peacefully surrounded by his immediate family. Lou was the most devoted husband of Sylvia (Kahn) and the cherished father of Renee (Robert) and Shmuel Dov.

He will also be dearly missed by 12 great-grandchildren. He is mourned by his brother Benny.
Lou was born in Montreal, the eldest of two sons of Aron and Rose and later stepmother Evelyn. Raised above the A Vogel hardware store he helped out in the store after school and weekends. He attended McGill University where he obtained a bachelor of science in chemistry.
