Marvin Helfenbaum

Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Loving son of the late Rachel and the late David Helfenbaum. Beloved husband of sixty-two years of Rena Handelsman. Cherished father and father-in-law of Wendy and Martin, Pam and Rob. Adored and treasured Zaidie of Zachary and Lexi, and Tyler. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Ann Suliteanu (nee Helfenbaum), and Rod Suliteanu (Marianne), and Carole and Allen Spector, and the late Norman Handelsman and Marsha. Devoted uncle of Bev and Steve, Mikey and Robin, Rob and Tina, Stacey and Glen, Leslie and Allan. Deeply missed by his many friends and colleagues. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lawrence Rudski for his exceptional and loving care over many years, and to the staff of the Jewish General Hospital cardiology department.
