Myra Frost (née Koenig)

Peacefully, on August 12, 2026. Beloved wife of Bernie Frost for nearly 60 years. Myra was a great lady, with a lifelong love of animals. A self-taught artist, she created all of her own paintings, sharing her creativity and passion with those around her. Myra also worked for the United Nations and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, before spending 25 years with Avon, where she took great joy in helping women feel beautiful and confident.

Myra and Bernie shared many wonderful memories together at their summer cottage in Lantier. They enjoyed a full and active social life, and Myra will be deeply missed by her many friends.

Graveside service at Knights of Pythias Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay, on Friday, August 14th, at 11:00 a.m. Shiva strictly private.
