Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the age of eighty-seven. Beloved husband of Marcia Milrot for a short 61 years of marriage. Devoted and loving father and father-in-law of Mitchell Guralnick and Michele Engel, Joel Guralnick and Iris Sharir, Jennifer Guralnick and Johnny Davila Betancourt. Proud and loving Zaida of Rory, Spencer; Noam, Aaron, and Yael. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Melvin and Pia Guralnick, Myrna and Isaac Blaichman; and brother-in-law of Arnold and Rhonda Milrot, and the late Harry Milrot. Son of the late Jack and the late Bess Guralnick; and son-in-law of the late Ben and the late Bertha Milrot. Perry will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, family and many dear friends. Heartfelt thanks to the nephrology team at the Jewish General Hospital for their years of exceptional care, and the wonderful and caring staff of the 6th floor at the Kastner Pavillion, Jewish Eldercare. Special thanks to the Doctors and all those who cared for Perry over the many years.
