In her one hundred and fourth year. Beloved wife of the late Moe Levitt. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lily (Rick), Stephen (Laura), and the late Earl; and she will be fondly remembered by Gloria. Proud grandma of Heidi (Sharon), Tamara, Shoshana (Brendan), Zev, Maya (Jordyn), Zoë, and Aaron. Great-grandma of Eden, Joshua, Avrum, Yael, Wilson, and Brodie. Daughter of the late Sam and Lily Flom. She was pre-deceased by her brothers Mort and Al Flom. “Sweet Aunt Phyllis” to her nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was known as “the Duchess”, and brought the party, love and laughter to all her family and friends. Her table was always set for tea.
