Peacefully in her ninetieth year on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Best friend of her beloved late husband, Sam Freger. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Stewart Freger and Charlene Freidman, Paul Freger and Pam Small, Elliot Freger and Barbara Bass. Exceptional Bubby of Brandon Freger and Stacey Posch, Michelle Freger, Brittany Freger and Michael Bower; Noah Freger and fiancée Zoe Sukster, Cara and Adyson Samantha Freger. Proud Great Bubby of Spencer and Carsen Freger. Special sister and sister-in-law of the late Nora and the late Michael Zunenshine, the late Irving Samuels, and sister-in-law of Anne and the late Issie Sweibel, Toby and the late Alex Litwin, and the late Jack and the late Elaine Freger. Daughter of the late Annie and the late Benny Samuels. Rosie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews.
