Peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026 in his ninety-ninth year. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Cooperstone. Loving father and father-in-law of Ronnie and the late Fern, and the late Alan. Adoring Papa of Erin and Mitchell, Matthew and Marlee. Very proud Papa Sam of his great-grandchildren Grant, and Lola. Cherished brother and brother-in-law of Marsha and Marty Kaufman, and predeceased by his other siblings and their spouses Jack Karpman, Ben and Roslyn Karpman; and brother-in-law of Jack and Leba Cooperstone. Sam will be lovingly remembered by his companion Rosemarie Bryan, Debbie Hoffman, Lori Rubinger, Ryan Dias, Jason Riley, Theodore Delisser, Michael Delisser and by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
