Peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the age of eighty-two. Loving wife of Arthur Mills. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Gail Schnider and Martin Jones, and Ron Schnider. Sister and sister-in-law of Sidney and Ann Applebaum. Grandmother of Dana and Jillian Jones, Maya Déry, Laksmi and Revati Dasi.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 25 at 2:45 pm at the Jewish Memorial Gardens, 2692 Bank Street, Ottawa. Shiva will be private. Donations in memory of Toby may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by her family.
