Eva Ross (née Kasirer)

It is with very heavy hearts that we announce Eve’s passing on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, after a valiant battle, showing much strength and dignity. Beloved wife of the late Stephen Ross. Cherished and loving mother and mother-in-law of Robert, Debbie and Allan, Reuben and Rena, and Nathalie. Adored Nana of Leytal, Adam, Kevin, Kyle, Tyler, Noah, Kaeden, Quinn, and Zev. Proud Nana to her great-grandchildren, Emma, Alona, Aimee, Theo, Gaby, and Georgia. Dear cousin of Louise Bailey and Dennis Patchett. Daughter of the late Herman and the late Elizabeth Kasirer, and sister of the late Paul Kasirer. Eve will sadly be missed by her many lifelong friends. To our mother’s close friend Donna, thank you so much for all your love and support. Eve volunteered at the Jewish General Hospital for over thirty years, a commitment she was deeply proud of. A true lady, she exemplified beauty and elegance. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all involved for their positivity and encouragement, and to Dr. Thomas de Gabory and the Palliative Care Unit at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
