On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, surrounded by her family, in her one hundred and fourth year.  Daughter of the late Helen and the late Hymie Levitt. Beloved wife of the late David Rubin for sixty-five years.  Loving mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Halina, Elaine Golick, Joyce and Michael Siroky.  Cherished grandmother of Tara Rebecca, Julie, Jeffrey, Howard, Philip and Bev.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Essie and the late Charles Linder; and sister-in-law of Rosa and the late Jimmy Rubin and the late Lillian, the late Sydney and the late Libby, the late Jack and the late Lily, and the late Moe and the late Shirley. Frances will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Matriarch of the Rubin family.  Gold Life Master of Duplicate Bridge. Artist, artisan, and jeweller. Past Ladies President Pinegrove Golf Club.  Philanthropist. World traveller.
