Frances Rubin (née Levitt)

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, surrounded by her family, in her one hundred and fourth year.  Daughter of the late Helen and the late Hymie Levitt. Beloved wife of the late David Rubin for sixty-five years.  Loving mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Halina, Elaine Golick, Joyce and Michael Siroky.  Cherished grandmother of Tara Rebecca, Julie, Jeffrey, Howard, Philip and Bev.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Essie and the late Charles Linder; and sister-in-law of Rosa and the late Jimmy Rubin and the late Lillian, the late Sydney and the late Libby, the late Jack and the late Lily, and the late Moe and the late Shirley. Frances will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, family and friends.

On Thursday, May 30 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Kadisha B'nai Jacob Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O.  Shiva at her daughter Elaine's home following burial Thursday until 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday through Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Evening services at 7:30 p.m. Contributions in Frances' memory may be made to any charity that supports the State of Israel.
