Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Beloved wife of Lyon for fifty-nine years. Devoted mother of Jason Kunin, Kenneth Kunin (Michelle Chitiyat), and Wendy Kunin (James Seale). Cherished grandmother of Axel Kunin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Joyce Zuker and Aaron Fuchs, Michael Zuker and Barbara Boness; sister-in-law of Harriet and Richard Chartash, and the late Mark Kunin. Karen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Special thanks to the caring staff of the Verdun General Hospital for their care, kindness, and devotion.
