Michael was the beloved father of Kalanit, Gabriel, and Adel Azoulay, who were the center of his world and the source of his greatest joy. He was the cherished son of David and Dolly Azoulay, and a deeply admired brother to Robert Azoulay and Vanessa Azoulay. He will be lovingly remembered as a brother-in-law by Audrey Ettedgui and Brandon Smith, a devoted uncle to David Azoulay, Jacob Azoulay, and Emma Smith, and a lifelong best friend to Saied Ashraf and Simon Cohen.

Michael’s life was defined by quiet love, generosity, and devotion to his work. He spoke about his children every single day, no matter how far away he was, and they remained the center of his life. He was a guiding light and mentor to his siblings, and he cared deeply for his parents, always showing gratitude and tenderness, with a special bond of devotion to his mother, Dolly, whom he adored.

Though his passing was sudden, Michael’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. His impact was profound, his generosity boundless, and his love everlasting.
