Shari Greenberg-Blitzer

It is with great sadness that Shari’s family announces her sudden passing after a very brief illness, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the age of fifty-seven. Devoted wife and best friend of Zev. Loving mother of Jayden, and Sean. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Heather Greenberg and Stephen Seller; and much loved sister-in-law of Tobi and Alan Schilowitz, and the late Jeremy Blitzer. Daughter of the late Seymour and the late Ferne Greenberg; and daughter-in-law of the late Moses and the late Sarah Blitzer. Dear niece of Laura and Marty Wise, and the late Stanley Rubin. A very special aunt to her many nieces, nephews and their families. 

Shari will be forever remembered with love by her fur baby Rookie, her many cousins, dear friends, and her Waldorf Family. 

The family would like to acknowledge with sincere gratitude the staff of the E.R., Oncology 5 Main, and ICU at St. Mary’s Hospital for their compassionate care. 

Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.  Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at the Waldorf Residence.
