Suddenly, on Friday, October 16, 2026 in his seventy-ninth year. Loving son of the late Sammy and the late Lil Klians. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Morrie and Carrie Klians; Fraydie Klians and Bobby Elster; and the late Nadine Klians. Most devoted and loved uncle of Sharona and Nachman; Naomi and Yehuda, Daniella and Jeffrey; Samantha, Brian and Talia. He will be sadly missed by his great-nieces and great-nephews. Mel was one of a kind, to know him was to love him. Heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, the nurses and the staff at Maimonides 5 North. Mel will be profoundly missed by all.
